Two high power irradiation and low risk

The wavelenghts in the range of 570 to 590 nm corresponds to the amber color. It is possible to observe as an effect of this irradiation, an increase of the thickness and epidermal cellular activity. In addition, the increase of the dermal collagen and of the sub-epidermis layer. improves the skin texture producing brilliance and a moisturized skin. In about 3 hours after the treatment with amber irradiation it is possible to notice neutrophils, monocytes and mast cells in the dermis. After four weeks a large number of lynphocytes and fibroblasts can be noticed. This phenomenon is explained because the invisible light injuries the dermal vessels and, in a direct and indirect way, the platelets and endothelials , which produce growth factor, interleukins and several substances that can be involved in a series of hystologicals and clinical observation.

Infra-red Irradiation

The waves of the infrared light of the TightSkin 2 system®, has the length in the range of 800 and 2000nm. The main goal of the treatment is remodeling the dermal collagen. A modest skin injury caused by the infrared emitter promotes a denaturation with the contraction of the dermal proteins. The result is a re-structuring of the collagen which becomes more dense and with a more organized fibers. After several sessions it is possible to notice a considerable increase of collagenase type I and III, metaloproteinases and interleukins.
