Both sources of TightSkin 2 system have not pulsed and continuous irradiation. Each area is treated irradiated for about 60 seconds. Short pulses of high energy (1 to 400 milliseconds) are used to confine the damage to a specific target without harm neighbouring structures. This form of irradiation is based on the principles of fototermólise selective and time to relax heat. They are useful to destroy structures such as patches, pots and hair. In the case of rejuvenation or beautification of the skin, there is no intent to destroy any structure and yes, Langherhans stimulate the cells, endothelial cells and platelets to release cytokines and growth factors.

There are several citations in the medical literature showing that the vascular lasers (long pulse dye lasers 570 to 590 nm) have better results in the rejuvenation of the short pulse. No injuries vessel and yes, a physical stimulation of these cells and structures.

The infrared is absorbed only by water tissue. Short pulses of energy confined to the increase of temperature water, without heating the protein. The protein does not absorb the infrared, so the irradiation should be slow to have an exchange of heat between the water and tissues.
